Missing Items If
you receive a shipment with items missing, all you need to do is
contact us right away. As long as you reach us within five days of our
receipt of your order, we will ship you the missing pieces from the
nearest and quickest possible source. Our representative will discuss
delivery terms to make sure that we deliver the product to you at a
reasonable time. Exchanges The
exception to our return policy is that we cannot exchange items.
However, we will issue a credit to your account if you like so that when
you return an item, you will be able to place an order for a new item
at your leisure. Cancellation You
can cancel an item only so long as it hasn't shipped yet. There's
little we can do once your order has gone to delivery, but as long as
you contact us at (727) 810-7545 as early as possible, we may be able to
cancel your order for you so that we don't have to go through the return
process. If you have any problems or questions that haven't been addressed here, just contact us at (727) 810-7545 After
return or canceling an order, we will try to get your credit back to
you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 7 business days
from date of cancellation or return for the credit to be returned to
your account. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from credit
unless the return is the result of an error on our part. When an item is
returned and it shipped for free, the initial cost to ship the order
will be deducted from the return. When
returning an item, include a copy of the return authorization email you
receive from our customer service team, wrap the package securely to
avoid breakage, and mark the outside of your package with the RMA
